Curio Go for employees

Your entire workday in one app.

Time tracking, projects, shifts and leave — simple for the employee, clear for the company.

Clock-inAuto suggestionsYou approve

Clock in and out, choose a project, follow your hours, check shifts, request leave and attach photos — from one phone. Optional location suggestions help you remember the right times. They stay on your phone until you approve them.

What you can do in Curio Go

Clock in and out

Clock in on the phone, choose a project and workplace, and add comments, driving and materials on the open entry.

Auto in/out suggestions

The app can detect arrival and departure. Suggestions stay on your phone until you review them and send them to your timesheet.

Shifts and swaps

See your shifts, apply for open shifts in the pool, or send a swap request a coworker can accept or decline.

Leave and absences

Follow accrued leave, request vacation, record sick leave or child sick leave, and get notified when the employer replies.

Photos on the project

Take a progress or completion photo in the app and attach it to the right project.

16 languages

English, Swedish, Polish, Ukrainian and twelve more — so a mixed crew can use the same app.

Generated scene: Curio Go working time on a phone in a street — product sample, not a named customer
The workday on the phone — between sites, without a live map of the team.

Location stays on your phone until you approve it

Auto suggestions from a work area are stored on the device. They are not sent to the employer until you accept them. Location supports clock-in. It is not a live map of the team.

Sixteen languages in one workplace

Curio Go supports English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Tagalog, Ukrainian and Icelandic.

Inside the app

Clock-in, projects and the job site

Hours as you work

See today’s working time add up on the phone after you clock in.

Project and workplace

Choose a project, sub-project and workplace by search or on a map. Open turn-by-turn directions in your phone’s maps app.

Driving and materials

Log driving or travel to the site, and products, materials and quantities on the open time entry.

Location check, if the workplace turns it on

The app can confirm you are at the right place when you clock in. That is a punch check — not all-day tracking.

Auto in/out suggestions

Work-area arrival and leave

The app can notice when you enter or leave a defined work area, including when Curio Go is not open.

Suggestions you can edit

It drafts in and out times. You can correct them, ignore them, or send them on.

Nothing leaves the phone until you say so

Automatic entries stay on the device. They reach the employer only after you approve them.

Timesheets and hours

By pay period

Browse timesheets by pay period and see each day’s total.

How the hours break down

See daytime, overtime, nights, weekends, major holidays, sick leave, vacation, child sick leave, paid breaks and other categories the workplace uses — after working rules in Curio Time. Curio Go does not calculate pay.

PDF to your email

Send a full PDF timesheet to your own address.

Corrections, when allowed

Edit or delete your own entries if the employer has given that permission.

Shifts and the work plan

Your day on the roster

See hours, location, project and who else is on shift that day — whether the workplace uses shifts or a project plan.

Shift pool and swaps

Apply for an open shift, return a shift to the pool, or request a swap. The coworker accepts or declines.

Leave and absences

Leave balance

See accrued leave, days used and what remains.

Requests

Send vacation requests, record illness or child illness, follow pending, approved or declined, and get a notification when the employer answers.

Photos on the project

Capture in the app

Take a photo in Curio Go, choose the project, and include location with the file when you want it.

Where it helps

Progress, completion, damage, quality, deliveries and site notes — attached to the project, not lost in a chat thread.

Notifications and settings

What you can be notified about

Upcoming shifts, new schedules, shift swaps, arrival or leave of a work area, and replies to leave requests.
