Curio Solo guide

Automatic clock-in that starts with the workplace.

For freelancers and contractors who return to physical job sites, a chosen workplace can become the reminder. Curio Solo prepares arrival and departure entries for you to review on iPhone or Android.

The four-step workflow

Choose the workplace

Create a personal project, find the address on the map and define the workplace used for automatic entries.

Arrive and leave

With the required phone permission enabled, Curio Solo can prepare clock-in and clock-out entries when you enter and leave that workplace.

Review the suggestion

Check the proposed times and correct them when needed. The entry does not reach the timesheet without your sign-off.

Keep a clear timesheet

Organise the approved time by project. Solo Pro can email an itemized PDF timesheet to an accountant, payroll contact or client.

When automatic workplace time helps

You return to recognizable job sites

The workflow fits physical workplaces you choose in advance. It is not designed to guess every kind of activity or follow a person everywhere.

You forget the manual punch

An arrival or departure can prepare the missing entry, while review keeps an imperfect suggestion from becoming a final timesheet record.

You track your own work

Curio Solo is for an individual account. If a manager needs a shared workplace, employee records or team oversight, Curio Go with Curio Time Pro is the appropriate setup instead.

You use iPhone or Android

Automatic workplace detection is available in the same Curio Solo product on both platforms. Location permission is required for the automatic workflow.

Let the workplace remind you.
