Curio Solo guide

A workplace trigger is not a manager live map.

Curio Solo uses workplaces you choose to prepare personal arrival and departure entries. You review the result; there is no company account or manager view in Solo.

The privacy boundary

You choose the place

The automatic workflow starts with workplaces you register for your own projects.

The phone prepares times

Arrival and departure can create suggested entries when the required location permission is enabled.

You inspect the result

Suggested entries stay under your control until you review, correct or accept them.

No manager watches Solo

Curio Solo has no company login, team roster or live location view for somebody else.

Questions to ask any geofence time app

Is location tied to a clear task?

A useful product should explain why it needs location. In Curio Solo, the purpose is preparing clock-in and clock-out entries at workplaces the user selected.

Can the user correct the result?

Automatic detection can be imperfect. Curio Solo therefore keeps suggested entries reviewable before they become part of the timesheet.

Who can see the information?

Curio Solo is personal and does not expose a live map or current clock-in status to a manager. It should not be confused with Curio Go, which belongs to a company workplace account.

Can automatic tracking be avoided?

Yes. Manual clock-in and corrections are available, while location permission is required only for the automatic workplace workflow.

Automatic time. Your final decision.

Use Curio Solo on iPhone or Android and review every suggested entry before it reaches your timesheet.
